Our company named EURO GUSS OOD Die Cast Machinery and Service was established in the year of 2003 in the town of Pazardzhik by a team of professionals with proven extensive experience in the die casting branch.
For several years we have been producing aluminum parts for leading automobile manufacturers.
Since the year of 2009 our main activity is trading, rebuilding, repair and servicing of used die casting machines and peripheral equipments for the diecasting lik furnace, trimming press, heating and cooling units, spreyer, dosing ladle and etc. All the equipment for die casting you can find in our company.
The die casting machines that we offer to our clients are manufactured by renown manufacturers of cold and hot chamber machines.
However, we are much more than just a trader because we offer partial and complete renovation of machines, which also are entirely our clients’ property. The machine is rebuildet not only mechanically but hydraulically, and is also modernized with Siemens S7 electronic control. We can add to the machine an offer for renovated peripheral devices and deliver one complete automated machine at the request of the client. We shall put it into operation and we shall train your personnel.
The purpose of a production is its expedition and efficiency. In most cases the foundries do not find the appropriate decision. Leave to us the better regulation of separate processes. We can provide not only the machines and devices as products but a whole complete optimized system. EURO GUSS OOD is located in Radilovo, 15 km south of Pazardzhik, with direct connection to motorway А1, which is prerequisite for a good logistical location.
The area amounts to 6000 m2, of which 2000 m2 is built area. The available infrastructure allows for the execution of repairs of machines and equipment with all dimensions.
Our personnel are highly educated and have a long-lived experience in the field of die casting manufacturing. We work in collaboration with a number of external specialists in the sphere of electronics, pneumatics, mechanics and hydraulics.
